Please note that to initiate a return, you must submit the relevant request within 14 days of receiving your order via the dedicated link.

For orders placed after this time or if the link above does not work, please visit the following link.

You may only submit one return request per order (even if it includes multiple items from the same order).
Therefore, you must wait until you have received all the items ordered before submitting the request.

When the refund is processed, the return handling fee will be deducted.
